Paul
& Elaine Syers
Praise that Elaine is recovering from injuries she received when our
vehicle hit a huge pothole and is able to return to teaching her class
at Antioch Bible Institute. Pray for Paul as he goes to the United
States for possible hip replacement surgery.
Philip
& Rachel Stucky
We will be traveling during the month of June with fellow missionaries
Roger Johansen and Dan Anderson to six major cities in South Brazil
to survey the need for church planting. Pray for safety and good health
while traveling and for wisdom and direction from the Lord as to possible
future ministries in that area.
Silver
Lake Bible Camp
Praise for a gift received from Maranatha Bible Church for the camp
ministry. Pray for work that needs to be done replacing some doors,
repairing boats and roofs, enlarging the chapel, etc. Pray for Jose
Sales who has health problems, for upcoming activities at camp and
for safety as Ron travels from Fortaleza to Poco Doce to help with
camp projects and activities.

& Jane Lieb - Retired
Pray for Jane as she helps in VBS June 21-25. Pray for Ed as he works
on his course on the Pastoral Epistles. Pray for the Lord's guidance
in our plans to visit Brazil during October, November, and part of
December.

Please pray for our family, especially for Rosie's adjustment to working
this summer at the Bible college in the USA and attending Bible college
in the fall. Pray for our ongoing responsibilities at BGFM mission
home, Jereisatti church and interior camp at Poco Doce. Praise for
special gifts which made possible the purchase of a good car with
automatic shift and cold air conditioning to use in our Fortaleza
ministries.

We praise God that we can celebrate our anniversary on the 29th of
this month. We are also thankful for Alicia who will be six years
old on July 7th. Please pray especially for Alicia on her birthday
as she will remember her cousins and how they celebrated together
in the US. Thank you for your faithful prayers on our behalf.

Praise the Lord! We have three new believers in Villa Rica, our new
church plant. Pray for spiritual growth in the lives of Gilson, Wladimer,
and Diane. We have purchased property for the new church plant and
were able to re-roof one section of the old building that was already
on the property. This has allowed us a place to start Sunday services
already. Linda and the children are finishing the school year this
month! We are looking forward to the summer months and the break from
school.

Praise the Lord for the privilege God has given Gerald to serve as
Senior Pastor of our church and mentor to the new Associate Pastor
until June 2005.

& Sue Eldert - Furlough
We are in the USA and have enjoyed safety in our travels and good
visits with family, friends and supporters. It was a joy to spend
four weeks with our children and grandchildren in North Carolina.
Pray for the various responsibilities that we left in Brazil, many
in the hands of our son, Andrew.

We are traveling and beginning our furlough. Pray for safety on the
roads and opportunities to make the best use of our time in the States.

& Bev Lehrman - Furlough
The first week of our five month furlough in the States will be at
a conference in Tennessee which has always proved to be a great encouragement
for us. We will be finalizing our travel plans for the rest of the
summer which takes us over a great part of the USA. We look forward
to visiting with family and friends during these months. Pray for
a Bible Institute family and others from the church who are caring
for our responsibilities at our church in our absence.

of Sinticky's immigration papers. Pray for wisdom as we begin new
ministry responsibilities; for Darlene's studies and vocational training
and funds for vehicle purchase.

In June, when Joel and Melissa Johnson go to the USA, I will become
the Berean Camp director. Pray for wisdom as I work with Assis and
Ellie to encourage our churches to use the camp more.

Please pray this month as we begin preparations for Vacation Bible
School at Planalto Church. Pray for the retreats to be held in July.
Also, Alisa Pierschbacher will be helping us as part of her internship.
Please pray for Alisa, the workers, and the children in each of the

& LeeAnn Nichols - Furlough
Praise the Lord for the provision of a van to use during our time
in the USA. We are looking forward to our on June 16th and a Nichols'
family reunion June 19th-25th. Pray for wisdom from above as we complete
our schedule. We desire to bring glory to our Lord throughout our
furlough time.

The youth ministry at the Christ is Life Church is growing in several
ways. Pray for students as they serve in the body of Christ, working
with the sound system, music team, drama, children's ministry and
setting up and putting away chairs for services. Praise the Lord for
the salvation of Luciana and Maria Tereza.
SIBIMA
Students are now registering for the next semester. Pray with us that
we will have at least 100 students register in the regular course
and at least ten in the Sunday School Training course.

Our daughter, Renee, will be ministering at the ALPHA school in Brazil
from August through December. Thank God with us for prayer and financial
supporters encouraging her as she launches out to teach Brazilian
children. Pray for God's protection and direction for Renee, as she
serves in Brazil.

Pray for us and the seven adolescents in our church with whom we are
doing discipleship lessons in preparation for baptism. We are visiting
the homes of the ALPHA students with the desire to get to know the
parents and home situations so we can understand the children better,
share the Gospel with those parents who do not know the Lord and encourage
those who do. So far we have been well received.

Pray for Juan and Rute as they continue preparations to start another
church. Pray for a more teachable spirit on the part of Juan. Pray
for a wife for Rhodney who wants to be in full time ministry.

It was indeed a privilege to attend the first of three seminars in
Kansas City dealing with resource development programs for churches
and mission agencies. This will help in positioning BGFM to offer
its constituency information and answers to planned giving through
estates, wills, annuities, etc. We ask prayer for godly wisdom and
discernment in the development of planned giving for the benefir of
donors and BGFM ministries, but most of all, for the glory of God.

& Jeanne Stucky - Retired
Pray for Sam as the shots he has had recently for the pain in his
back haven't been as effective as the first time. Jeanne's home church
in Michigan would like for us to attend their 75th anniversary the
latter part of September. Pray for wisdom as we consider travel plans
and for health and strength to make a long trip of that nature.

We praise the Lord for blessings in recent opportunities we've had
to serve Him. Thank you for praying. This month we would ask your
prayers for Wendell as he prepares material to teach a modular course
on "Missions" at Grace Bible Baptist Church's seminary in
Syracuse, Indiana.

Pray for the men at Nova Metropole. There is a problem which has festered
for awhile and has caused some bitterness. I'm concerned in part since
it involves the family of one of my girls in Sunday School. Pray for
wisdom in planning for Priscila school to be held at Silver Lake Bible
Camp in July. Praise for extra student help in getting a couple of
projects caught up in the library.
Summer Camp Ministry
During the month of July several camps will be in session for adolescents
and teens. Pray especially for the salvation of unbelievers that will
attend. Pray for those directing the camp, the speakers as they share
the Word and for those that will prepare the meals.
Jonathan
& Chima Nichols - Furlough
Praise the Lord, Chima received her American citizenship on May 14th.
Chima, Chara and Praus will be in Peru May 30th through June 13th.
Pray that the Lord will use them in the lives of unsaved relatives
and friends. Pray for us as we pack and prepare for our return to
Brazil on August 2nd.

& Sandi Graf - Mission Representatives
Praise the Lord for over eight months of safe travels. Pray that we
can get all of the maintenance items done on the bus as well as accomplish
the other jobs that we have set before us for the summer. Pray for
CJ and Mary from Multnomah college of the Bible as they begin married
life and also consider the possibility of a life in missionary service.

Church
Praise for God's blessings at Jereisatti Bible Church. Several new
converts and also some backslidden believers have chosen to follow
the Lord. Pray for wisdom in dealing with several serious situations
in the church. Pray for repentance and restoration for those involved.
