Please pray for the church in Jereissati. Pray for many souls to be
saved and for their grounding the Word of God. We are thankful for
visitors that are attending services. Pray for the visitation groups
that go out every week, for the Sunday school teachers, leaders and
ministries of the church.

Praise the Lord for those at Planalto Church that have begun to learn
sign language and to be involved in the new deaf ministry. Please
pray as we make contacts with the deaf and their families who live
near the church. Also pray for our staff training for the Berean Camp
in preparation for the coming year.
Jim
& Lydia Johnson - Furlough
Our children (Anna and Calvin) have birthdays in February and March.
We thank the Lord for the blessed children He has given us. Pray for
us to have wisdom to raise them in the ways of our Lord. They both
worked especially hard during this school year and have grown a lot
academically. Pray for them as they will need to make a lot of adjustments
in the year to come especially when we return to Brazil this Spring.
Ken
& Lori Stucky
We are grateful for God's gracious provision of students, teachers,
and funds for the beginning of the 2005 school year. Please pray for
new Student Sponsors to fill in the gaps in our scholarship program.
Approximately 70 new families need sponsors to help this dream for
their children come true.

relationships with him.

We praise the Lord for blessing upon blessing as we're enjoying the
last week of our six-week stay in Brazil. We thank the Lord for the
opportunities He has given to visit so many - over twelve churches
in all with many enjoyable meals in homes of friends, both Christians
and unsaved. Please pray for our return trip to the U.S. on March
9th and 10th.
Bruce
& LeeAnn Nichols - Furlough
We praise God that Faith is doing well in a community college. The
Lord has provided her with a Pell Grant and a job. Pray for her as
she continues preparations for Bible college. The first part of March
we will be in a conference and reporting in a couple of churches what
God has done through us.
Dave
& Sue Eldert
We praise the Lord for a good carnival retreat with 100 young people.
Pray for those that made decisions and commitments for the Lord. We've
had a good start in the semester at Antioch Bible Institute and we
are thankful for the new students. Andrew is continuing with work
on his house after four months delay. Pray that he will have sufficient
funds.
Jonathan
& Chima Nichols
Praise for the opportunity of serving for a year as counselors to
the recently elected pastoral team at Pajucara Bible Church. Pray
for wisdom in this. Praise for the opportunity to be involved in the
training of pastors and church leaders in the central part of the
state the last Saturday of each month. None of them have had formal
theological trining. Pray for healing for Praus' knee. Pray for God's
provision for a trip to southern Brazil this year, as we look into
the possibility of beginning a new work there in the fall of 2006.

We thank the Lord for the wisdom and understanding He gives in th
epreparation of the financial reports for the annual audit. Praise
the Lord with us for the audit firm that He lead us to and its ministry
to our mission each year. Pray for Mr. Linley, our audit manager,
as he performs the audit this month and for wisdom as Harold works
with him.
Jerry
& Bev Lehrman
Pray that we can put into action the goals and plans made by the leadership
of the Sambaiba Bible Church. As a couple a priority we have is to
do more visitation and encouragement of the believers in the church.
Praise for a pamphlet that was put together to create more awareness
and prayer/financial support for the ministry of Antioch Bible Institute.
Nancy

We are changing our camp philosophy to be more flexible and not dependent
on a certain location. This requires a lot of changes from the way
activities have been done in the past. Pray for our pastors to be
understanding in this year of transition.
Matthew 5:16
Let your light so shine before men, that
they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in
Heaven
Pray that those living in darkness in Northeast Brazil will come to
realize that Jesus is the Light of the world.
Dale
& Carol Johnson
Since we have a radio recording studio in our upstairs apartment,
we praise God for the way the radio ministry has been able to continue
in spite of Carol's heart attack last August and rather slow recovery.
Pray for her now with the fracture of a spinal vertebra. She still
corrects Bible correspondence courses, counsels by phone and edits
the Brazil Gospel News. Your prayers are appreciated. God is faithful.
Paul
& Elaine Syers
Please continue to pray for Fabi, the Antioch Bible Institute student,
who will be teaching Portuguese for the first time this semester.
Also pray for Antonio Carlota, his wife and son, who just moved away
from their farm home, which is near their parents. They pastor a church
which has major problems and will be living in a town, rather than
on land where they could plant.
Philip
& Rachel Stucky
In our January mission business meeting it was decided that in 2006
we will be moving ot the Maceio field. Maceio, is a city of nearly
1,000,000 people located about 800 miles sotheast of Fortaleza. We
will assist the missionary team there in leadership training and church
planting for two to three years. From there we will be establishing
a team to open a new field of ministry in south Brazil by 2010. Pray
for us as we wrap up our ministry in Fortaleza after 25 years of service
here and move on to this new challenge the Lord has laid before us.
Evangelism
Thank you for praying with us for five Brazilian couples to help in
the evangelism of five major towns. Continue in prayer concerning
the outreach of the Gospel in Pacoti, Palmacia, Mulungu, Aratuba and
Guaramiranga. There is a great need for the Gospel in this area since
less than one percent profess to be believers.
SIBIMA Seminary
Classes begin February 14th. We are presenting a new course for Sunday
school teachers called "Calebe." Pray especially for scholarship
funds since we have requests for over $600 monthly and only have enough
at present for $300 monthly.
Ed
& Jane Lieb - Retired

us and hte church will be a blessing. Pray that the Lord will guide
concerning a ministry for Ed, and for decisions concerning some trips
this year.
Jonathan Johnson
- Appointee
"Exceeding abundantly." This is the phrase which comes to
mind when I think about these last few months. Please thank God for
His direction in my life. Please be praying as I begin to work towards
getting to Brazil. I will be participating in my home church's missions
conference March 30th - April 3rd.
Larry
& Ruth Lipka
Praise the Lord for the contacts Larry had with many students during
his college visits in January and February. Pray for Marcel, a Brazilian
boy studying at Frontier School of the Bible. Pray for his adjustments
to school and life in the U.S.A.
National Pastors
We are thankful to the Lord for fifty-five national pastors He has
prepared for ministry. Pray that these men would be faithful in their
devotional times, time with their families, diligent in preparation
and teaching the truth of God's word. Pray that their hearts would
be encouraged in ministry today.
Dan
& Linda Anderson
Praise the Lord with us for the twelve kids who trusted Christ as
a result of Vacation Bible School. Dominique, a fiery ten year old,
has been very faithful since VBS and is currently studying the gospel
of John with Berg. Shauna Applegate, a short term missionary from
KC area, has been a tremendous help in home schooling. Priase the
Lord for her servant's heart.

married lives in February. Pray for them to grow together now, as
husband and wife in the Lord. Pray for Tiago and Lilika as they begin
a new stage of their ministry in a slum located close to the church.
Pray that the Lord would draw people to them that need to hear the
message of salvation.
Joel
& Melissa Johnson
We praise the Lord for a good response to our new ministry of missionary
at large. We are planning two trips this year as we take short term
mission groups to Northeast Brazil. Pray that the Lord will use these
trips to help believers understand mission life and that their own
hearts would be impacted with a missionary vision. Pray as we make
new contacts this year to promote BGFM in schools and churches. Please
pray for needed funds for land for the Fountain of Life Church in
Lagoa Redonda.
Joe
& Jeanie Stucky
Pray for the small groups in our church that will be starting again
this month after a few weeks break. Pray that some that did not participate
before will join these groups, that together we will grow spiritually
and that we will reach out to win the lost around us to the Lord.
