Three Stucky couples make up the ministry team in Mossoró. They are deeply involved in the Christ Is Life Church and the ALPHA Christian School.

Joe is part of the elder team, sharing the pastoral ministry of the church. His responsibilities include preaching, teaching, visitation, counseling and heading up the discipleship program for new believers. Jeanie is the junior Sunday school superintendent. She also trains teachers for the Sunday school.

Joe & Jeanie are on the board of the Alpha Educational Center. Joe managed the construction of the present facility and has built the classroom furniture for the school. He handles maintenance duties nearly every day. Jeanie teaches English at Alpha.
