Three Stucky couples make up the ministry team in Mossoró. They are deeply involved in the Christ Is Life Church and the ALPHA Christian School.

Ron works with Ken in Alpha administration. He handles day to day staff, student and parent issues. His responsibilities at school include greeting parents and students; discipline issues with students; relational issues between staff, students and parents; the school calendar; the daily class schedule; staff training and keeping electronic equipment running smoothly. He is also an elder at the church and helps with financial books both at church and at school.

Ranelle coordinates the English program at Alpha and teaches several English classes. At church, she teaches Sunday school.
